A SUCCESS
TOCC enjoyed another successful tournament with approx. 180 participants. A tournament of this size requires a great deal of help. USPTA Pros Workshop Coming to Treasure Oak Oct. 31—Nov. 3 We are honored to host a joint USPTA workshop for the top teaching professionals from Louisiana & Mississippi on Oct. 31—Nov. 3.
The workshop includes seminars, a Pro / Am Round Robin event, a charity clinic and testing for prospective USPTA members.
TOCC members are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. Sign up for the Pro / Am and Charity Clinics, and you’ll get to spend time with some of the area’s best players and teachers. Many of the pros attending were top college players and a few were ranked in the top 200 worldwide at one time. We need your support to make this event a success, so please plan to join us!
USPTA Pros Workshop Events Schedule
Friday, 10/31 Pro/ Am Play 6:00—7:30 p.m. About 20 spots are reserved for TOCC members to play these outstanding pros. Call early to book your reservation. Saturday, 11/1 “Lesson for Life” 9:00—10:30 a.m. A great instructional clinic with our visiting pros with proceeds going to charity. A great chance to learn tennis tips from a variety of pros. Cost is $15 per person.
PLEASE NOTE: All TOCC court facilities will be RESERVED for the USPTA Pro Clinic on Saturday, 11/1 until 10:30 a.m.

LA / MS Pros Workshop
Oct. 31—Nov. 3
One of TOCC’s very best tennis / social events of the year!
The Calcutta kicks off on Friday night with dinner, followed by play on Saturday and Sunday. Come on out and play — the more players and levels of play represented, the more fun we’ll have!
You don’t sign up with a partner. Cost is $25 per person to cover all tennis and a great dinner. Contact Steve for more details or to register.
Also, make plans to attend the Halloween Party on Saturday night for more fun!

Baby Fox Alert! You may have noticed a few baby foxes (kits) around the club. While they are beautiful, they are wild animals who are placed in GREAT DANGER by being near humans or being fed. Help protect these creatures by leaving them alone. We have already had to trap and relocate numerous raccoons who have become too friendly for their own good. Thanks for your cooperation!
